Our year old air conditioner, that was installed by another company, started freezing in the morning of August 9th. That day was 92degrees. I called Mark and he was out within the hour. He told me, over the phone, what he though my was wrong and a quote to fix it. The quote was so low it made me nervous and I called another local company who told me they couldn't fix it for half of what I was quoted; however, Mark came out, fixed what was wrong and saved my wife and I over $300. The best part wasn't even the price, it was Mark's professionalism, knowledge, integrity, work ethic, honesty, and overall kindness and understanding of a desperate situation my family was put in. I'm a customer for life and you should be too!!!! Thank you Mark and Hurricane on an A++++ job snd service!!
